Warranty Disclaimer
Warranty of defective equipment or goods will be honored by either repair or replacement by Select Breakers, LLC or store credit, at the discretion of Select Breakers, LLC for a period of three years from the order date. This warranty applies exclusively to items ordered through this site. This warranty does not cover the misuse of any item including exceeding rating limits of the item(s), improper installation, poor maintenance or poor operating conditions, damage externally produced of any kind either natural or unnatural, or modifications or service not performed by Select Breakers, LLC. All defective items returned must pass an inspection performed by an agent of Select Breakers, LLC to determine that they are the same items originally delivered; and to determine that the items are defective as a result of product internal electrical or mechanical failure, and not a result of conditions sited previously in this section such as misuse. Return shipping charges for defective items will be paid for by the party returning the item(s), if the item(s) are found to be defective, then the shipping charges will be credited to the account of the party making a warranty claim.
Returns
Non-defective returned items may be subject to a restock fee of up to 10% for normally stocked items, or up to 25% for special order items. Contact customer service at 866-415-5034 Returns will be accepted only if the following conditions apply; (1) 60 days have not passed from the date that the order was delivered. NO RETURNS AFTER 60 DAYS. (2) All returns must pass an inspection to determine that they are the exact items originally delivered; and to determine that the items have not been installed. If the previous conditions do not apply, then the items will not be accepted as returned. Select Breakers, LLC will not pay for shipping/freight charges on non-defective returned items.
Limitation of Liability
Select Breakers, LLC shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this site or the performance of the products, even if Select Breakers, LLC has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Applicable law may not allow the limitation of exclusion of liability or incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

Select Breakers, LLC is not affiliated in any way with the original manufacturers or brands of the products we provide.
Typographical Errors
In the event that a Select Breakers, LLC product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Select Breakers, LLC reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Select Breakers, LLC reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Select Breakers, LLC shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
